Project Description
Gesu e Maria – Recovery and restoration of a penthouse, located in a historic building, dating back to the 1600’s, in the heart of Rome.
Maintaining the same space division of the interior, the intervention tends to highlight the traces of the existing historical and artistic elements, such as the old doors, the plaster and the stone thresholds. The wooden staircase, leading to the mezzanine, has been designed and entirely handcrafted, as the rest of the furniture made of iron and wood.
